If you don’t know how to do the core services tasks of updating WordPress core plugins and themes, then you definitely need routine monthly support. You need to ensure your website is safe, secure, and up to date. Your hosting company is not responsible for any of these services, and will probably not help you if something goes wrong with your website. However, if all you really need is some quick help, you can post it on the WordPress Jobs board.

No. Also, you are able to cancel services at any time. However, any partial months of service remaining in your package will not be refunded unless it’s in the first 10 days of the service month.

I’m flexible. In fact, any payment method accepted by Stripe will work (i.e., almost any type of debit or credit card). Payments will be processed automatically each month unless you cancel your services with me.

If your credit card declines the monthly charge for any reason I give you 48 hours and I will attempt to charge the credit card again. If it declines the second time I will immediately suspend services until your account is brought up to date. If payment is not received within 14 days your services will be discontinued and any professional licensed plugins added to your site to provide the services will be removed.

I offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase of either of the site care plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days, I’ll give you back 100% of the money you paid. I don’t offer refunds after the first 30 days of service.

If you are on the professional plan and using Flywheel or Closte through me, then I will make sure your site is cleaned ASAP at no further cost to you. If you are on the starter plan on your own hosting plan then I charge $250 to cleanup a malware infected website.

During the on-boarding process I request an administrative user account for WordPress as well as a login for your web hosting dashboard. I can setup routine site management like plugin and theme updates, security scanning, as well as daily backups with this information. I keep all client passwords stored in a 256-bit AES encrypted vault securely.

I do use professionally licensed plugins for some services which I am able to offer to my clients under the appropriate license. If you do choose to discontinue services you will need to purchase your own license for the plugins you would like to keep using. I will let you know the appropriate plugins and licenses you would need.
